The first volume of my Zion National Park hiking, scrambling and climbing guidebook is now available!
Focusing on summit routes in the park, the book will be the first of its kind. Anticipate a 250-page guide covering routes to nearly 80 summits in and near Zion National Park, including photos and maps.

On a motivation-less Sunday, DB and I opted for the short hike up Wonoga Peak. Doing an enjoyable loop of the mountain, we were suitably impressed with the massive summit views down to Owens Valley.

I’d read that the north ridge of Rosy Finch Peak was a “fine class 4 route” to a sweet, little mountain. I recruited Harlan, and off we went.
